Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 1 banana
  • whipped cream
  • toasted coconut flakes for garnish
  • cocoa powder for garnish


Preparation

  • Blend the dark rum, the coconut cream, the ice cream and the banana until smooth.
  • Pour the mix into a coconut.
  • Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a dash of cocoa powder.
