Ingredients 2 oz dark rum 2 oz coconut cream 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream 1 banana whipped cream toasted coconut flakes for garnish cocoa powder for garnish Preparation Blend the dark rum, the coconut cream, the ice cream and the banana until smooth. Pour the mix into a coconut. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a dash of cocoa powder.
